Cancellation Fees:

• Less than 24 hours notice: 50% service charge
• Late arrival (15+ minutes): 50% service charge or rescheduling
• No-show: 100% service charge

You can cancel or reschedule anytime before the 24-hour cutoff—no fee applies.

If your gel polish chips or lifts within 7 days of your service, we'll fix it at no cost. Simply call or book online.

What's Covered:

• Gel polish chipping or lifting
• Application issues

Not Covered:

• Mechanical damage (broken nails, filing, picking)
• Damage from excessive water, chemicals, or impact
• Normal wear after 7 days
